[Feature Request] Make servers choseable

Describe the feature In order to get the best results, I'd wish to choose a server near me.

Additional context I have the feeling, that load on the default servers is pretty high at the default timeslot and this influences results. As I changed the minute count from "00" to "13" I get way better and stable results. This might also become better when servers are choseable.

Settings -> General -> Server

Comma-separated list of speedtest.net server IDs picked randomly. Leave blank to use default settings.
