[Feature Request] CSV logging of Public IP address

Describe the feature It would be useful, when exporting the speedtest data to a CSV, for the exported data to also contain the public ip address of the system running the speedtest.

Additional context For example I have issues with my connection speed dropping and have noticed this sometimes coincides with my public ip address changing. This feature would allow me (and other users) to correlate speed changes with ip address changes.
