[BUG] - Home Graph (Successful / Failed) showing wrong count

Hello,

It seems the time zone for the home page graph that shows a bar chart of successful / failed checks is not the right count. The reason I believe this is there have been about 20 checks for today and it is only showing 2 in the bar. The table shows the 20 but not the main graph.
