[BUG] cron issued tests are slow, manual tests are fast as expected
Describe the bug
All measurements started by cron are terribly slow. They have an averagage of 250Mbit for me. Whenever i issue a check manually, it always reaches about 500Mbit, which is the service i receive from my operator.
You can see, the cron is triggered every 30 minutes and it is always bad... all manuell in between are good.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Home'
- Click on 'Test again'
- wait
- See a fast result surrounded by the regular issued test in 'All Tests'
Expected behavior I expect the cronjob getting the same results as the manual Test

Context
- OS: Container Manager (Docker) on DSM 7.2-64570 Update 2 ('Synology DS920+)
- Speedtest-Tracker Version: 1.12.0
Additional context The synology network connection to the router is done by 1GB cable connection + gave the client priority on the router
I found out, that it might have to do something with the load on the servers (if you're tests are issued at xx:00 AM/PM). After changing to a uneven and inbetween count of minutes (13 in my case) the results stabilize:
