[Feature Request] Include an iperf3 client

It'd be great to allow iperf3 to be used alongside, or even instead of, the existing Speedtest client. You'd need to allow the user to specify the server to test against, but the scheduling and graphing could all be reused. Ideally the user could set up multiple cron jobs - with each job also specifying the server to test against. So for example you could run tests every hour but alternate each test run between different servers
