Ubuntu package support for "ftpes" in lftpbackend.py

The Duplicity package in Ubuntu 16.04 (installed via: sudo apt-get install duplicity) does not include support for "ftpes" in lftpbackend.py but the version in this repository does.

My backup server requires ftpes so I have been doing Manual install of the version in this repository

Obviously I would prefer to install Duplicity normally as a Ubuntu package, so I'm wondering if the version of lftpbackend.py in this repository will eventually make its way into the Ubuntu package?
