I have to confirm, that this is an existing issue that breaks OpenVINO using Intel Arc (770) under Windows. @shummo A downgrade to `onnxruntime==1.15.0` and `openvino=2023.1.0` solved it

There is a release on pypi... I just tested it and can confirm that the default onnxruntime comes with coreml. You can soon archive this repo... :-)

There are many people having issues but an update to the latest MacOS seems to solve it. I would still say you can archive it. Thanks for all the efforts.
