notes aka comments

i call it notes you call it comments ,

but make new tab for comments.( in my picture notes)

why notes needs tab? t complete do not needed, or u want LV column for this notes?

I need a separate column (LV column) for the notes that already exist in the app. The notes/comments function is already available when you click on an app, but I want this displayed as a visible column in the main Apps/Services/UWP Apps lists so I can see all notes at a glance without clicking into each app individually.
