Problem you are trying to solve

Is it possible to allow the popup alerts, but not let them "steal" focus? I know why it is the way it is and it is very purposeful, but at least it could be a switch on and switch off.

The reason I need it is because when I am working in a terminal, I get those popups and it completely disrupts what I am doing. There is nothing I need so badly with the firewall that I need to allow something that fast, and there is no hurry to block this app that caused the alert, because the default is already set to block.

as i remember, when subj create/displays window, it wont activate notification window, maybe just window on top, before that, may loss focus, but config may be added
