Problem you are trying to solve

Right now "Purge unused apps" just clear apps, I hope it clear more invalid items.

At v3.8.1 The list of invalid UWPs are getting ridiculous large. And increasing in size as times goes on. Getting stupidly large for those that regularly uses the store.
