[Question]svchost.exe can not prevent network Microsoft Connect Test

svchost.exe can not prevent network "Microsoft Connect Test" request，the svchost.exe is in prevent list, and the system rules not have this 80 port
accept rule. The request is to xxx.akamai.net with 80 port， by svchost.exe

Is there have some internal rule? I want to prevent the request

I find it ,in system rule: NSCI, and a suggestion, this can show the exe file path and the request port to 80? Now this rule show NlaSvc, not show the real path and port limit
