[Feature Request] Auto allow digitally signed apps (green)

Some apps have updaters that download and execute apps with different folder structures everytime the app is updated resulting in multiple entries of the same app, these apps are signed so just auto allowing signed apps at the users discretion seems like a good option to me.

I hope that isn't a thing, many malwares are digitally signed and sometimes from Microsoft themself

i wonder if those signed apps were disguised as game cheats, lots of people in china would be tempted to run it. anyway if its good enough for wfc, i'm sure its good enough for simplewall, adding a warning, although ultra rare, signed apps in the wild could be compromised. another way would be to trust individual publishers,
