Is there any way to insert custom rules?

There is userlist.dat to insert custom hostnames to generated host file. But it doesn't accept custom rules like...

1.2.3.4 mydomain1.com
1.2.3.4 mydomain2.com

If I add these lines into userlist.dat, program ignores the rule and points these hostnames to 0.0.0.0.

I know I can always copy paste my custom rules in generated host file afterwards but then I think it defeats the whole purpose of having userlist.dat at all if we have to modify the file afterwards.

I think it would be a great addition to the program if it provides a way to insert custom rules.
