crlauncher does not open a second window when it is launch a second time

I change the window start menu shortcut form chromium to crlauncher to have update automatically but I have one issue:

If I click a second time, crlauncher does not open a second window unlike the original start menu shortcut ...

This is problematic in the following case: If I launch first an installed PWA web app like Spotify, I can not open a regular Chrome window without closing all PWA apps first...
