latest is 14 now, has been for a few weeks. That would be much faster, but is also a bigger change (Apple Silicon). 13 seems to segfault.
`macos-12` and `macos-13` are Intel. And the transition of `macos-latest` to `macos-14` (Apple Silicon) was completed a couple of weeks ago.
We should still be building them with cibuildwheel. I think this is only the native testing. And they are still supported by Apple, the latest operating systems are being released...
I haven't been able to reproduce. Tried on Intel and AS. I had old CLT (11!), so was finally able to get it to see an update by touching `/tmp/.com.apple.dt.CommandLineTools.installondemand.in-progress`....
Getting rid of this is hard; this is literally how CPython communicates errors, we are not doing something wrong here. This is an extremely pedantic warning; I'd recommend not enabling...
Might this be because it used to convert to the underlying integer type, but now it's expecting a `py::native_enum` caster to be registered?
Same thing on master, too, from what I can tell.
