Can we add one monitor option and get alerted when docker container list detected changed?

Sometimes docker containers may accidentally stop for various reason. It would be nice to get notifications about it.

Add one monitor option of docker container lists in current monitor list.

+1 since all containers are showing up incl. health status, it would be great to get notified about a container that is stopping completely, or changing its health status.
