To be able to toggle notifications in the favicon.

Motivation / Use Case

Might be an unusual use of Beszel, but I have my laptop connected to my dashboard as well, as I am a sucker for metrics and statistics. Problem is that my laptop isn't on 24/7, so most of the time I have a notification alert, as it seems that one of my systems are down.

Describe how you would like to see this feature implemented

A simple on/off toggle in Hub -> Settings -> General -> Dynamic Favicon

Being able to exclude specific systems could also be an option.
