self install mode - Can't open INSTALLDIR:S/Prepare-USER-Packages

I am trying to use the 'Create image with build self install mode' and I am using the hstwb-installer_1.4.2_packages_portable. I ran the setup.ps1 and configure everythign it it seems to find everything, however when I try and install when it launches WinAUE it says it cant open

INSTALLDIR:S/Prepare-USER-Packages and INSTALLDIR:S/Install -USER-Packages and

When I check in the images folder it creates a bunch of files and one of them lists everythign out and it looks fine. I have attached it here.

I love the app and think I may be doing something wrong. Any assistance is appreciated.
