Sorry for the delay!

While I do like this idea, I think its necessary to implement a feature that works on the most popular git services out there and I'm not sure this tree structure is shared between them.

Both GitLab and GitHub also use the same /tree URL pattern as Bitbucket for branches, e.g. https://gitlab.com/yale-sdmp/vesta/tree/591-about-us-page https://github.com/zeit/hyper/tree/hyper-2
