could not install plugin via eclipse

i've tried to install the plugin via eclipse / install new software, but it says that could not find the jar: "bpep_1.0.0.SNAPSHOT.jar"

how could i do the install?

@marlonlom please follow the instructions on the page: you need to download the JAR manually and put it in Eclipse's dropins folder.
