[Bug]: Tapping "new list" doesn't work.

What happened?

Tapping "new list" results in spinner. No ability to create list.

Version

1.6.1

What device and Android version are you seeing the problem on?

Google Pixel 5, Android 13

This is likely because of the same issue as in https://github.com/henniaufmrenni/boum/issues/98#issuecomment-1418899884, where it loads endlessly because we can't get a list of the available genres.
