[Feat]: Show seperators between discs in multi-disc albums

Currently, multi-disc albums are displayed as one long list of songs. However, it would be much better if there was some text to mark the start of each disc in the album. Additionally, restarting the song numbering from one at the start of each disc would be a good thing to do.
