[Bug] Setting "Positions scaling" to "Monitor to scene" doesnt reveal "Monitor" parameter without the user manually closing and opening the filters window

Im guessing this was overlooked in the past, but as an end user I spent several minutes being confused on how I could get the plugin working for multiple monitors before finding this one out! I could as well have uninstalled the plugin in belief it was simply broken/didnt support multi monitors properly.
