how hard is it to update to new firmware?

theres been quite a few firmware updates over the past few months and id like to update it. how hard would it be to implement the changes?

The latest Trezor One firmware is 1.12.1. Hasn't been updated in quite a while.

Ohh yea Iam retarded. what about porting over to the Safe3 firmware for example? Mostly interested in the supported coins but there’s a bunch of interesting stuff
