error running kylin parachain in mainnet

As mentioned in the [report](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-3DYhOcAjq1GYoBvc8iTN-xhYIOStKDKA6A3eVA0E40/edit#gid=0) since kylin testnet is not active but will keep this issue open as mainnet stills needs to be fixed

@Mr-Nobody21 Issue yet to be fixed

Executions gets stuck when running dive chain icon for more than 2 times

After this issue when trying to start eth or hardhat also fails, it gets stuck infinitely.
