Root install error

Trying to install using root install method produces in the log:

java.lang.Exception: Error executing pm install.

I have magisk 19.1, working root, Samsung note 9 exynos.

@samuelrhaynes I have a potential fix for that, but root install method can still fail (without errors) for incompatible abis.
