Fix: download country_grid.sql.gz from nominatim.org

I got an error when trying to run this docker: I was asked to download /app/git/data/country_osm_grid.sql.gz.

This PR solves this issue (for me at least).

Still not merged? Is there additional work needed? Is the repo still maintained? Is there anything I can do to help?

The patch in commit ca129d9 fixes this for me too.
