Mostly just want to replace the phrase clearinghouse with a more common synonym. Some alternatives

+1 on your short and sweet suggestion. It's succinct and avoids having to find synonyms like "forum" or "platform", which are so overused as to have become meaningless. Just fix the typo:

Find projects and volunteers to help with the COVID-19 crisis.
