Monocular skips charts without a README

Why does monocular skip charts without a README? According to https://docs.helm.sh/developing_charts/, a README is optional.

We currently skip charts without READMEs because nothing would be shown in the chart page, but we could make this optional and have a default README show on that page instead. Even though I think it is more useful to show the README, given that a lot of charts don't have one it would make sense to fix this for compatibility.

In the meantime, you could add a blank/one-line README to your charts.
