Add Arabic language support and documentation

This pull request adds Arabic language support to the Helm project. The following changes have been made:

Translated key documentation files into Arabic to make Helm more accessible to Arabic-speaking users.

Added a dedicated Arabic documentation folder (/ar) containing translated guides, tutorials, and examples.

Updated existing documents to include Arabic language references, where applicable, to improve localization.

Ensured all translated content is consistent with Helm's existing style and format.

I understand the concern about the broken deployment and will look into that. I'll also consider breaking the PR into smaller, more manageable chunks to make the review process smoother.
