Update the Helm CLI Reference Docs for v4

After the CLI help text is updated, we also need to re-generate the CLI reference docs in the docs site:

• [ ] Follow the steps here to update the Helm CLI docs: https://github.com/helm/helm-www?tab=readme-ov-file#updating-the-helm-cli-reference-docs (but go to docs/helm directory instead of content/en/docs/helm/, which was for the old Hugo site)
• [ ] ^ Also, update these instructions in the README with the correct docs/helm directory
• [ ] Test the build for broken links in the SEE ALSO sections
