Improve documentation of alias filed in the dependency documentation page

In helm dependency there is the "alias" field present but the documentation for "alias" was not present in the https://helm.sh/docs/helm/helm_dependency/ . now it is added to the page . this will help to close the issue : https://github.com/helm/helm/issues/30671.

@Rupam-It thank you for taking the time to update the documentation. When I was looking for a feature to remove dashes from dependent chart names to simplify referencing their values I was not able to find the alias field.

I suggest clarifying the title of the PR to make it more specific ... perhaps "Improve documentation of alias filed in the dependency documentation page"

Prose looks good, but my experience with dependencies is limited

Actually in dependency filed there is a tag called alias by which one can use custom name!

But in dependency alias is not describe that much so, it will be good to describe more about that in this doc!
