Document API response codes

In addition to the API endpoints and supported methods listed here: https://chartmuseum.com/docs/, it would be good to also document response codes. I believe they're visible in the server_test.go file, but listing them in the documentation would be useful to users too in my opinion (e.g. chart already exists, 409).
