Wrong translate of DisableSnapAssist

Describe the bug

1. Option name in UI

   • Source code: DisableSnapAssist
   • Chinese UI: 关闭快速协助 (Disable Quick Assist)

2. After enabling the option

   • Drag any window to screen edge → no snapping, no layout suggestions
   • Settings → System → Multitasking → all Snap toggles show ON
   • Registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\...\Explorer\Advanced\EnableSnapAssists = 1
   • Core drag-to-snap is completely broken

3. User confusion

   • "Quick Assist" = Microsoft Quick Assist (remote desktop tool)
   • Users think it only hides popups, not the entire snapping feature

Expected behavior

1. Accurate label translation

   Language	Recommended Label
   English	Disable Snap Assist
   Chinese	禁用 Snap 辅助 or 禁用窗口吸附辅助

2. Clear tooltip / description

   Disables layout suggestions and auto-fill when dragging windows to screen edges.
   Warning: This will disable core window snapping, even if Multitasking settings are enabled.

3. Optional UX improvement

   • Split into two toggles:
     • [ ] Disable Snap Layout Flyouts only
     • [ ] Disable Core Snap (with confirmation dialog)

不过我看这app好久没更新了，就放在这里提醒一下吧。 关闭快速辅助这个翻译其实是有歧义的，我说怎么自动分屏失效了，原来是这个原因。
