ffmpeg not working after using optimizer

I don't know if this is a bug but I need help I've used optimizer for a while after a factory reset I forgot to install it I after I did about a month later I turned on the stuff I normally do but now ffmpeg runs slowly and videos don't render properly any idea how to fix this
