how do i fully uninstall this program?

i would like to uninstall this program please and cant find instructions on how to do so, after downloading there were several issues found on my computer as well as a new "unknown user" with admin permissions on my pc. please someone help!

Install "Revo Unninstaller" and run the Optimizer program.

Use the function to detect and pin the Revo to a Optimizer and after this, fully unninstalled.
