after using win 10 optimizer my drives disappear

Only C drive is present and external USB drive.

All other 4 SATA drives are missing even in Drives Management Console!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I only enable privacy and disable telemetry. What kind of low quality solution is this?
