Group policies corrupted, posting my error log + config

I would like to add that some of the settings don't stay enabled after restart. If you want more information, let me know.

Okay so this has been a disaster. On my one and only account on Windows 11, I no longer am able to change a lot of settings in Windows due to some group policy corruption. When I manually check my group name, it shows as administrator. When I checked group policies, all of them show as though they haven't been touched. I had to reset my PC. Literally just finished from the time I wrote my last comment, until now.
