I don't understand what you are saying.
The app is 100% open-source for like 10+ years. No one mentioned a piece of malicious code here until now. Only false positives from various scanners. I am waiting for...
There is no way the changes are remaining after a clean format of the system. Not using the reset option inside of Windows settings, but manual clean install, old school...
