Indicator not attached to chart and scales incorrectly

When I draw an indicator and move across the chart, the indicator is not properly attached to the chart. Its position and scaling change incorrectly relative to the chart’s scale.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Draw an indicator on the chart.
2. Scroll or move across the chart.
3. Observe that the indicator does not stay fixed relative to the chart and changes incorrectly with the scale.

Expected Behavior: The indicator should remain attached to the chart and scale correctly when navigating.
