如果流量超过限制是否不会踢了现有的tcp连接，只是拒绝新的连接？

在用 python-manyuser，用openwrt连接过来，发现流量超了，网页还是可以继续上，我怀疑是openwrt的tcp链接是持续的，现在ss-bash是不会踢掉tcp链接的吗？在流量超过以后，但是单纯拒绝新的链接到该端口？

ss-bash基于iptables工作，需先确认iptables可以正常使用
