Add AWS healthcheck - SQS

Hi there 👋

I recently had a use case to include SQS health check for a /liveness endpoint in an application. Was wondering if I could add AWS service checks in this library.

Here is my attempt at it for AWS SQS. Let me know what are your thoughts :)
