App not running on my emulator

Android studio returns Android manifest not found error Error message: AndroidManifest.xml could not be found. Please check C:...\AndroidStudioProjects\Cab-Booking-Flutter-Web-App-master\android\AndroidManifest.xml for errors. No application found for TargetPlatform.android_x86. Is your project missing an android\AndroidManifest.xml? Consider running "flutter create ." to create one.

The web app also did not run for me :( I followed the steps per the read me. getting error webdev could not run for this project. Could not find a file named "pubspec.yaml" in "/Users/sharmilabanerjee/.pub-cache/hosted/pub.dartlang.org/_fe_analyzer_shared-14.0.0".
