USB: remote wakeup failed

0.8.1 LOCALBUILD, getting remote wakeup failed sometimes wheen booting; then the keyboard and mouse attached to the USB hub (ThinkPad USB-C Dock) are unresponsive.

A reboot of the computer (Framework Laptop Mainboard with 11Gen Intel Core) sometimes helps; power cycling the computer and the hub (Lenovo USB3 Dock) always helps.

Next step: Get the text before remote wakeup failed (not that easy without a working keyboard and mouse).

Might well be that the ThinkPad USB-C Dock somehow hangs and needs to be "rebooted" from time to time...
