Make "new windows" appear neatly
Describe the bug The folder is opened in a new window (or a new window of any software). When the next file is often opened, it will easily appear on the other side of the screen, and it is also a different size from the previous window, which is not the same size as expected. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open any software. e.g. Terminal ,Falkon
- Select the new window in the Top menu and repeat 2-7 times
- See error
Or
- Open from the hard disk'Startvolume' on the desktop.
- Open the files one by one until this file e.g. :/usr/local/etc/devd/
- See error
Expected behavior
It should be arranged neatly, no matter where the new window is moved, it can still be arranged neatly.

For Filer this is intended behaviour. Windows stay right where you left them, even when they're closed.
For other apps KWin should fix this.

But opening the next folder will be a different place on the screen.
With KWin (0.6.0 build 0F...) this should work as expected ("stacked").
There are multiple windows that are neatly arranged in 0I46, but if the shadow hits the lower left edge of the screen, the new window will start to shuffle around.
