Window resize failed

Describe the bug After use Shade in the Maximize, and size can not be changed back to Resize.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open any software window
  2. Click the 'Maximize Button '
  3. Click the 'Window title'
  4. Click the 'Window title' back to maximize or Click the ' Resize Button'
  5. Click the ' Resize Button'
  6. See error

Expected behavior Resize the window.

Most likely something that needs to be addressed in KWin.app and/or BreezeEnhanced, but I don't even know where to start.
