Cache for articles and images

Currently seems that Raven reader has no caching mechanism. Every time I do click on an article I need to wait until the full page it is loaded.

Will be good to have a cache option to pre load all the articles and images in background to speed-up the reading experience.

@zohozer This would change when I move to mercury parser as node library vs Web API. Currently, it does cache and when you click again it would load from cache vs API.

A pre load cache, to pre load the articles and images in background, so when I click an article to begin to read instantly instead of waiting until the whole page it is loaded.
