Lots of functions got renamed in the recent PyPDF2-3.0.0 release

It's important to either merge this PR or pin requirements to pypdf2<3.0 because fresh installs of stapler are currently broken.

I hope this project is not dead, or should stapler be forked to have a more active branch?
