hyperlinks after combine

After combining two pdfs, hyperlinks are broken.

Is it possible to fix this?

EDIT: pdftk does this perfectly.

What does "broken" mean? Are they no longer hyperlinks?

This is probably a limitation of PyPDF. Please let me know if they have more info on this.

They are still hyperlinks, but all of them link to the first page of the combined PDF.

Geepers, just experienced this myself and found this bug. Given it was raised 3.5 years ago it appears it will never be fixed so please put a note in the front README warning potential users of this massive deficiency.
