add aura 'n aurara themes
added my hand-written, customized variation of aura theme: aurara; and added a port of the original aura theme in two variations (dark and dark soft). Aurara uses the colors from the dark soft/dim variation. Also added a license for noctis theme, which was already ported, which i used as a template, and whose underwater colors i've borrowed.
try it out to see how you feel about slow_blink selections ✨ 🙈. i probably used just about every text styling, so it's a pretty good one for testing 😜
mainly, the diagnostics is untested, otherwise, it's pretty darn detailed..! i also never found a key for ui.picker...
if the helix folks don't want to add too many themes, i'm also totally okay with just adding my version of the theme.. it's def a bit opinionated.. but then again, doesn't it have to be? 💃 (..but i do think the original aura is really really good too, as i've used it in vs-code for some time now..)
if however the helix folks do want to add more, there's also a port of sainnhe's edge i can add too, which has a variation titled aura, which is probably where this all came from.
that's two (or three!) more purple themes 💜 and mine is the purplest! so long boo berry!! this is the my new default
warning: the code for my theme is a mess, like my room. there's a reason this would be my first (real) pull request. 😉 it'll all eventually get dumped into another repo anyway tho.. right?
note: for wezterm, the background is heavily factored by the terminal background color. this theme pairs well with wezterm themes: Neon Night (Goph), Aura (Goph), Sythwave (Goph), from brightest to darkest, lowest-contrast to highest-contrast.
would need video/gif to show off the pretty-shiny-blinky text, but here's some pics:

...maybe not the best snippet of code to compare, as rust has more details.. whatevs 🤷♀️
..i must admit, i've never used rust tho..
i'm gonna take a break from computers soon.. i pray when i do come back, lisp scripting will be here!! ahhhh, what a dreeeaaamm.. 💭
doh.. just discovered can change the saturation/brightness of text from the terminal app
in that case, maybe the "soft" text variant of the original theme isn't needed..
...and now my custom variant is in shambles.. :sob:
